REVELWOOD DONATELLO

REVELWOOD DONATELLO or "NIKOLAS" as he is fondly known to everyone at home was purchased from Daniella's childhood friend Sarah Lumsden as a 5-year old.

In the next few months from his purchased NIKOLAS & Daniella started an amazing journey competiting at Novice level with winning scores 70% +.The success continued through to Elementary level with again scores reaching the 70's. 

In March 2011 Daniella & NIKOLAS competed in the 6-year old Young Dressage horse class at the PSI Dressage & Jumping with the Stars.

The duo were placed equal third ( with not much between any of the placings) going into the final round of the competition where guest rider Ingrid Klimke had a chance to ride the top 3 horses from each again group to give an age champion.

Ingrid's comments on REVELWOOD DONATELLO were " What more could I ask for from a 6-year old horse , it was a pleasure to ride him & I'd like to take him home". with a "Perfect Ride" came a perfect score of 10!!!!! Daniella & NIKOLAS had won the 6-year old Championship & were in for the overall Champion of Champions round where the 4,5 & 6 year old competed against each other.

Daniella & NIKOLAS had two minutes in front of Ingrid Klimke, Dr. Ulf Moller & other respected judges to show off their training. Daniella put NIKOLAS through his paces of Half pass, flying changes & a little Passge which all paid off as they were awarded the title of the 2011 PSI Champion of Champions Young Dressage Horse.

NIKOLAS has also had great success as an Arabian Warmblood Hack at all the major Australian Arabian events.

He won the 2011 East Coast Championships Supreme Champion Bridle Path Hack & East Coast Champion Ridden Warmblood Gelding. He was also awarded the East Coat Championships Reseve Champion of Champions under saddle.

At the 2011 Australian National Arabian Championships he was awarded the Reserve Australian Champion Arabian Warmblood Gelding under saddle, he was reserve to our beloved SUMMERZAR IMAGERY ridden by young Kate Farrell.

At the 2012 National Arabian Stud Show NIKOLAS & Annette were awarded Reserve Champion Ridden Arabian Warmblood.

NIKOLAS & Annette's success continued at the 2013 East Coast Championships where they were Champion Ridden Warmblood & Reserve Supreme Ridden.

The Australian Championships one month later they once again were in the winners circle taking the Reserve Champion Ridden Warmblood with Kate & LUXOR winning the Championship. NIKOLAS also provided the perfect mount for Annette in the Rider over 30 class where Annette & NIKOLAS were awarded Champion. NIKOLAS was also the 2013 Australian Champion Bridlepath Hack over 15hh.

NIKOLAS will continue his training under Brett Parbery who has competed for Australia at an International Level for Dressage.
